About shipping methods

• Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express (Hikyaku Takkyubin) or Yamato Transport (Cool Takkyubin).
• You can select your shipping method from the purchase screen.
• We recommend shipping wine and sake using refrigerated delivery to maintain quality. (Please note that if refrigerated delivery is not used, product deterioration, damage, or leakage due to temperature changes during shipping will not be covered by compensation.)
• Please note that when using refrigerated delivery, the label may become wrinkled due to water droplets.
