This is a surprising beer that even those who dislike beer because it's bitter should try. Crafted by a long-established miso and soy sauce brewery beloved for many years in Satsumasendai City, its fermentation experts took on the German "Weizen" style, which makes generous use of wheat malt. When poured into a glass, the pale, cloudy color, which is rich with yeast, shines beautifully. A gorgeous, sweet aroma reminiscent of banana and clove fills the palate, with almost no bitterness. With a silky smooth finish and a pleasant, subtle acidity, this is a gentle beer perfect for a weekend lunch.
