This innovative series from Wakashio Shuzo is worthy of the name "GLOW." EP05 features a complex and gorgeous aroma of lychee, muscat, and citrus, reminiscent of craft IPA beer or white wine. It's free of the heaviness typical of sweet potato shochu, and instead exudes a pure, beautiful aroma and sweetness. For those new to shochu, this first sip may completely change your perception of shochu.
Recommended drinking method: Pour into a wine glass and mix with soda. We recommend using a wide-mouthed glass to avoid trapping the aroma.
