"Shochu is a pain to dilute," is the common belief that this product will overturn. This shochu is pre-adjusted to 17% alcohol, the level at which it is most delicious. This sweet potato shochu, aged in barrels in a stone warehouse, is surprisingly smooth and mellow. The mellow sweetness and aroma of the barrel gently quench your thirst. This is a new type of sweet potato spirit that can be enjoyed almost like white wine.
Recommended drinking method: Always chill in the refrigerator before drinking. Pour into a wine glass and enjoy straight.
