"Turn your ordinary milk into the ultimate cocktail." This is a special coffee liqueur created by Harada Shuzo, a long-established brewery on Okinoerabu Island, by steeping carefully selected coffee beans in their proud brown sugar shochu.
Its greatest feature is that it uses brown sugar shochu as its base. It has a rich, rum-like flavor derived from brown sugar, unlike most coffee liqueurs, and the gentle sweetness of sugarcane perfectly complements the fragrant bitterness of the coffee.
Once opened, the aroma of freshly roasted beans rises, and with one sip, a rich sweetness and bitter aftertaste fills your mouth. This is a drink that is perfect for adults who appreciate the depth of flavor and are not satisfied with "just a sweet drink."
Recommended drinking method: Its best partner is milk. Mix this product with milk in a 1:3 ratio in a glass filled with ice to create the exquisite "Adult Kahlua Milk (Amami Milk)" with a fragrant brown sugar flavor. You can also pour it over vanilla ice cream for a luxurious "affogato."
